Everyone there was exceptional except for one dark-haired girl. If you get her RUN, RUN AWAY!! Do not take her as she will cut your hair the direct opposite as what's written on her note and what you tell her. This comes from having two haircuts from her a year apart after my hair grew back. She cut six inches off the top and bangs down to my scalp while leaving the hair on the sides on my ears making me resemble Bozo The Clown. Although I'm only guessing, it took her about three minutes flat. Shame on me though for returning to her after the first debacle. So if you see someone around resembling Bozo, that's ME!

The haircuts here are great, but having on-line sign-ups put ahead of customers, who sign up in the shop is very poor. I do not appreciate signing up with a 20 minute wait and then being bumped to 40 when someone else signs up on line.
