I signed in online and was given a 87 minute wait time and given a 12:43 appt. I was asked to show up 15 minutes early in case they were ahead of schedule. I arrived at 12:25 and signed in. I was now listed as #14 with a 1 1/2 hr wait time. I asked what happened to my 12:43 time. I was told that it was the lunch hour and my appointment was impacted by people being off at lunch. Why wasn’t that factored in when I first went on line for an appointment? I told them to take me off the list. There are other barber shops around.

First time visting this particular location. I was greeted and quickly informed of the rather long wait time.. i checked in with a wait time of 90 minutes. I decided to grab a bite to eat, i came back with 15 left on my wait time... as i was sitting there i glanced over to the waitlist screen only to notice that my wait time had been changed to display an added 25 min wait now to over a 40 min wait. I was quite annoyed at this point and walked out to my vehicle.... after several minutes i decided to go back inside the store... to add the icing on this rather undesired cake... i glanced one last time at the waitlist and it was then i noticed that all that waiting was for nothing as my name was now completely removed from the list. I am now highly ticked off. I must have been noticed by a worker cause she wanted to help me and add me to the list. NOOO WAY!!! I am not going to sit there and wait again for another 90 minutes... this is totally unacceptable customer service to a customer. And they knew i was there on time and waiting... poor service!
